Welcome to Our New Online Course Series Entitled 
Every facet of commercial law that does not deal with admiralty, deals with Trusts. As stated above a trust is the result of Manifestation, Intention, and Creation. Therefore Trusts themselves are used to secure Legacies, and preparations for your Heirs in the future. However many within our community are completely unaware of this simple means of "Expressed Intent." Sovereignty, Nationality, Fiscal Responsibility (StrawMan/UCC) are all components that should stem from a Cestui Que Trust, or Ministerial Trust (also called Instrumental Trusts . The foundation of which can be self executing, meaning self created. Trusts at their heart, are about family. Trusts like the ones listed prior, are protection against unlawful audits, arrests, predatory lenders, copyright infringement, Foreclosures, debt collectors, etc. Private Trusts dealing with family are paramount in the establishment of a healthy home and "House". Barristers, Attorneys, Lawyers, Esquires, and those of that ilk tend to charge huge amounts of money for legal and filing fees,to create a trust for you. Yet for them to do it for you puts the Trust in jeapordy due to the fact they are foreign agents. Self Executing Cestui Que Trusts are "nun pro tunc" meaning Acts allowed to be done, after that time when they should be done, with a retroactive effect. Therefore, Family Trusts such as these are based on "Natural Law", within "Natural Equity", which looks at that what should have been done as done. These facts, coupled with the Indigenous, Autochthonous Rights/Rites that we as Original People are the beneficiaries of. All powers and immunities left for us to inherit, now.
